If you change your mind about your purchase after delivery of the products, you can return them to us within 10 working days of purchase. You must both e-mail us to say that the goods are being returned and dispatch them by a suitable secure method of postal delivery which can be tracked. The products will remain at your risk from the time you send them until they have been actually received by us as evidenced by the tracking.


If the products still have tags, have not been worn & have not been damaged or soiled, we will refund you the full price paid but not any delivery charges which were incurred in sending the items back to us. The refund would be made by the original method of payment and you will get a confirmation email. If the condition of the products is unsatisfactory, we will contact you in relation to any problem and any necessary full or partial deduction of refund. We will process your return within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for refund to show on your bank statement. Please note that returns cannot be made of the following products: Earrings, , Worn Shoes, Worn Clothing.
If the product received by you is damaged or faulty, you should let us know immediately and we will ensure that you receive all your rights under the law.


If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the e-mail acknowledging the order please do so by replying to that e-mail within 24 hours. If your cancellation is received after the 24 hours, we may already have dispatched your products even though the dispatch confirmation e-mail may not yet have been sent. If the product has been dispatched we will inform you of this and you will need to follow the returns policy below. As a matter of goodwill, if we receive your cancellation order after the 24 hours but before the products have actually been dispatched, we will make every effort to cancel the order and refund your payment in full. However this may not always be possible and the returns policy above should be followed.
